Here are 5 simple and effective steps to treat dry and painful heels 👣
1️⃣ Soak Your Feet (10–15 minutes)



- Use warm water (not hot).
- Add Epsom salt or a mild soap.
- This softens hard skin and reduces pain.
✔ Do this 3–4 times per week.
2️⃣ Gently Exfoliate


- Use a pumice stone or foot file.
- Gently rub thick skin after soaking.
- Do NOT over-scrub (can cause more cracks).
